Abstract:
Provided are a welding head structure and a cladding system having said welding head structure; the welding gun structure comprises a head body (8) and a protective cover (82); the protective cover (82) is detachably mounted on the head body (8); the protective cover (82) is provided with an emission port (824); the emission port (824) is arranged opposite to the output end of the head body (8); the protective cover (82) is provided with one or more material feed channels (823); the lower part of the feed channel (823) extends from top to bottom to the emission port (824). By using a means of coaxial powder feeding outside the head, the direction of flow of the powder is restricted by means of a multifunctional ceramic cap such that the powder gathers at the cutting edge, thereby significantly increasing the powder utilization rate and the thickness of the cladding layer, ensuring cladding performance.
