Abstract:
A welding machine for plastic pipelines. The welding machine comprises a first pushing mechanism (1), a second pushing mechanism (2), a hot melting device (3) and a frame main body (4). The first pushing mechanism comprises a first sliding block (11) and a second sliding block (12), which are in sliding connection with the frame main body (4), and a first pressing mechanism (13); and the second pushing mechanism (2) comprises a supporting frame (21) which is vertically and fixedly connected to the frame main body (4), a second pressure rod (22) rotatably connected to the supporting frame (21), a connecting rod (23) in sliding connection with the supporting frame (21), and a third sliding block (24) in sliding connection with the frame main body (4), the third sliding block (24) is connected to the hot melting device (3). By means of the present welding machine for plastic pipelines, two water pipes needing to be welded can be accurately kept on the same horizontal line, which saves on labor and achieves accuracy and rapidness. In addition, without direct participation, hands are prevented from being scalded.
