Abstract:
Provided is a welding method suitable for a groove weld of a hydraulic support shield beam bent cover plate (1), comprising the following steps: dividing weld beads for a single V-groove (3) into at least one manual groove welding bead, one robot backing weld bead, at least one layer of single filling bead, one layer of double filling beads and one layer of multiple cosmetic beads from bottom to top in sequence, wherein each weld bead is approximately equal in thickness at a horizontal section (4) and a bent section (5); performing manual groove welding on the manual groove welding bead; placing a shield beam on a robot welding platform, so that the horizontal section (4) is located at a horizontal position, and continuously welding the robot backing weld bead by using a welding robot; performing filling welding on the filling bead by using the welding robot; and performing cosmetic welding on the cosmetic beads by using the welding robot. The welding method suitable for the groove weld of the hydraulic support shield beam bent cover plate (1) has the advantages of being high in welding efficiency, smooth in transition at a bent position, high in weld quality and good in welding forming.
