Abstract:
The present invention autonomously optimizes welding process information of welding robots. This welding path autonomous optimization system (7) comprises: a quality-welding condition correlation database (207) storing constraints for welding by a welding robot that operates a welding torch; an interference analysis unit (34) that determines a welding path that does not interfere with an object-to-be-welded, on the basis of the three-dimensional CAD data (13) of the object-to-be-welded and the constraints in the quality-welding condition correlation database (207); and a welding robot operation/welding condition output unit (35) that outputs welding process information on the basis of the welding path.
