Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a weldless pergola frame fixing structure for a louvered pergola, comprising a ring beam frame and tube legs. The ring beam frame comprises at least three ring beams; ring beam connection portions are provided at the upper ends of the tube legs; the ring beam connection portions are adapted to be fitted with the ring beams for mounting; each ring beam connection portion comprises connection side walls, locking grooves located on the connection side walls, and at least one lateral notch; each ring beam comprises a ring beam body and insert pieces fixed to a side wall of the ring beam body; the ring beam body is hung on corresponding lateral notches by means of mortise and tenon fit between the insert pieces and corresponding locking grooves. In the present invention, by optimizing the design, mortise and tenon fit between the insert pieces and locking grooves is used, and adjustment pieces are additionally provided in combination with adjustment grooves to apply a radial force to the mortise and tenon fit, thereby improving the stability of the mortise and tenon fit; connection is strengthened by means of lining plates to ensure the stability of the connection between the ring beams and tube legs; and sealing plates are additionally provided to improve the overall appearance, and further strengthen fixing of the lining plates.
