Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wet air purifier and, more particularly, to a wet air purifier which purifies air by passing polluted air through a fine mesh water membrane filter so that pollutants are adsorbed onto the water membrane filter, and washing the adsorbed pollutants to discharge same to the outside. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a main body which has a purification space formed therein and is provided, on one side, with an air inlet portion and an air outlet portion; a water membrane filter mounted at an incline inside the purification space of the main body; a washing liquid supply part which is mounted above the water membrane filter and supplies water to an inclined upper portion to form a water membrane of the water membrane filter and perform washing; a scattering prevention mesh which is mounted above the water membrane filter to prevent the scattering of water particles; a washing liquid discharge part which is mounted to an inclined lower end portion of the water membrane filter, collects the water which has passed through the water membrane filter, and discharges the water to the outside; and a final filter mounted to the air outlet portion, wherein the water membrane filter includes an upper water membrane mesh, a middle water membrane mesh, and a lower water membrane mesh, which are stacked in this order and overlap each other, and is fixed by upper mesh frames and lower mesh frames formed on the edges. A plurality of drainage holes are formed passing through the upper mesh frame and the lower mesh frame in the direction of the washing liquid discharge part, and the middle water membrane mesh is of a material or shape that enables the middle water membrane to exhibit a higher water collecting capability than the upper and lower water membrane meshes.
