A liquid amount adjustment unit (15), which adjusts the supply amount of a liquid supplied from a liquid storage tank (13) to the cleaning head (11) and which forms a wet cleaning tool (10), comprising: a tube installation groove (16); and a pressing-moving member (17) which moves along the direction in which the tube installation groove (16) is extended, in a state in which a pressing end section (17a) is caused to protrude into the tube installation groove (16). The tube installation groove (16) has a gradient portion (16a') provided to the bottom surface (16a) of the groove (16). The pressing-moving member (17) is moved while a flexible tube (14) is sandwiched between the bottom surface (16a) of the tube installation groove (16) and the pressing end section (17a) of the pressing-moving member (17), whereby the amount by which the flexible tube (14) is squashed is adjusted in the gradient portion (16a'). The flow amount of the liquid passing through the flexible tube (14) is thereby controlled, and the flow amount of the liquid supplied to the cleaning head (11) is adjusted.
