Abstract:
A wet-dry vacuum cleaner device (100) comprising: a housing (102); a motor-fan assembly (204) mounted in the housing (102) and arranged to generate an air flow between a dirty air inlet (108) and a clean air outlet (112); a tank (116) arranged to capture liquid (220) entrained in the dirty air flow, the tank (116) comprising a tank inlet (216) in fluid communication with the dirty air inlet (108) and a tank outlet (222) in fluid communication with the motor-fan assembly (204); wherein the tank outlet (222) is in fluid communication with a liquid trap (230) mounted inside the tank (116) arranged to capture liquid (420) entrained in the air flow exiting the tank (116).
