Abstract:
A wet natural gas metering method based on gas content fitting. The method comprises: first, using known data to fit relationships between a gas Froude number, Venturi differential pressure, and Venturi pressure drop, to obtain a gas Froude number calculation formula; then, partitioning the known data according to the size of the gas Froude number, performing segmented fitting of relationships between the gas content, the Venturi differential pressure, and the Venturi pressure drop, to obtain a gas content segmented calculation formula for different gas Froude number conditions; and finally, based on the gas Froude number calculation formula and the gas content segmented calculation formula, collecting a portion of necessary real-time data to calculate the real-time flow of the wet gas. The method performs fitting using known data to obtain a gas content calculation formula, combines pressure data measured by a Venturi flow meter with gas-liquid density parameters of a wet gas, etc., to perform virtual metering, and thus calculates flow data for the wet gas, thereby eliminating dependence on radiation-type flow meters. The method has the advantages of accurate metering, smaller errors, and no radioactive pollution.
