Abstract:
A wet natural gas metering method based on conversion slip ratio fitting. The method comprises: first fitting, by using known data, a relationship between a gas Froude number and a Venturi differential pressure and a relationship between the gas Froude number and a Venturi pressure loss, so as to obtain a calculation formula for the gas Froude number; then, partitioning the known data according to the magnitude of the gas Froude number, and performing piecewise fitting, so as to obtain piecewise calculation formulae for conversion slip ratios under different gas Froude number conditions; then, respectively performing fitting to obtain calculation formulae for dryness and a conversion slip ratio; and finally, collecting part of the necessary real-time data by means of the calculation formula for the gas Froude number, the calculation formula for the conversion slip ratio, a calculation formula for a false high factor, and the calculation formula for the dryness, so as to calculate the real-time flow of moisture. Fitting is performed by means of known data, part of the necessary data is collected on the basis of a Venturi, and flow data of moisture is obtained by means of performing calculation, such that the dependence on a ray flowmeter is eliminated; and the method has the advantages of accurate metering, a relatively small margin of error, and no radioactive contamination.
