Abstract:
A wet type granulator, comprising a material cylinder (1). A cylinder cover (2) is rotatably provided at an opening of the material cylinder (1); a locking part (3) is provided on the cylinder cover (3) and comprises a locking housing (31); a first through slot (32) is formed in the locking housing (31), and a lock pin (33) is slidably provided in the first through slot (2) and comprises a middle rod (331) and an abutting rod (332); one end of the abutting rod (332) is connected to one end of the middle rod (331) to form an abutting platform (3321), and the other end extends out of the first through slot (32); one end of the middle rod (331) is provided in the first through slot (32), and the other end extends out of the first through slot (32); a pin head (333) is provided at the end of the middle rod (331) extending out of the first through slot (32); the diameter of the pin head (333) is greater than that of the first through slot (32); a reset spring (34) is sleeved on the middle rod (331); an abutting step (321) is provided in the first through slot (32); one end of the reset spring (34) is fixedly mounted on the abutting step (321), and the other end abuts against the abutting platform (3321), thereby realizing linkage between the lock pin (33) and the reset spring (34); the weight of the lock pin (33) is less than reset elasticity of the reset spring (34), thereby realizing fixation of the lock pin (33) on the first through slot (32); an abutting block (4) is provided at the opening of the material cylinder (1), and a continuous ramp surface (41) is provided on the abutting block (4) and faces the movement direction of the locking part (3).
