Abstract:
A dispenser of wet wipes (10) from a coreless log (12) includes a semi-cylindrical chimney member (26) in the lid (20) of the container (14) that houses the log (44) or houses a refill cartridge (12) in which the log is disposed. The chimney member is disposed and configured to shelter the main portion (35) of a dispensing opening without sealing the dispensing opening. The chimney member influences the user to extract the wipe in a way that reduces the incidence of streaming of wipes from the log.
