Abstract:
A wheel (2), wheel for ascending stairs provided with the wheel (2) and electric bicycle, the wheel (2) being mounted on a wheel frame (1); a wheel claw (3) is mounted on the side of the wheel (2), and can be rotationally recovered inward or stretched outward; when recovered inward, the wheel claw (3) is within a radial outline of the wheel (2), and when stretched outward, the wheel claw (3) is radially stretched away from the outline of the wheel (2) and a location thereof is limited. When the wheel (2) is used to ascend stairs, a vehicle can ascend the stairs without an additional drive device and merely by applying a wheel claw and a corresponding component, such as a paddle, a spring and the like to an ordinary drive wheel, thus having only a slight increase in volume and cost; a stair-ascending state thereof does not require conversion to a normal state, or the conversion is simple, and the vehicle is identical to an ordinary vehicle when driving on an ordinary flat road; further, the wheel for ascending stairs can climb up a step above the radius of the wheel.
