Abstract:
A wheel structure, comprising a motor (20) which comprises end cover assemblies (21), and tires (10) which are provided on at least part of the motor (20); the end cover assemblies (21) are fastened on the tires (10) so as to limit the tires (10) by means of the end cover assemblies (21); the tires (10) have a solid structure, and are fabricated from an elastic material. Also disclosed is a vehicle. The described wheel structure is capable of solving the technical problem in the prior art in which motor tires have relatively high costs.
