A wheelchair front attachment supporting structure, comprising a wheelchair front attachment (1) and a supporting rod (2), wherein the wheelchair front attachment (1) comprises a frame (3), a wheelchair fixing mechanism (4), and a universal wheel (5); the supporting rod (2) is fixed to the rear of the frame (3) and extends below the frame (3); the wheelchair fixing mechanism (4) is mounted to the rear of the frame (3), and is configured to allow the frame (3) to be locked to or released from the front of a wheelchair main frame (6); and the universal wheel (5) comprises a swing arm (7) and a wheel main body (8), the swing arm (7) circumferentially swinging around a rotating shaft (9) having a lower end tilted forward, and being hinged to the front of the frame (3), and the wheel main body (8) being offset from the rotating shaft (9) and transversely hinged to the swing arm (7) such that, when the wheel main body (8) swings forward and upward with the swing arm (7), the frame (3) is lowered to make the supporting rod (2) touch the ground, and when the wheel main body (8) swings backward and downward with the swing arm (7), the frame (3) is raised to make the supporting rod (2) lift off the ground.
