Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a protein granulated material containing whey protein as a main ingredient, wherein the average particle size is 207-570 μm, the uniformity U is 0.58 or less, the content ratio (volume ratio) of coarse powder having a particle size of at least 500 μm is 22% or less, and the content ratio (volume ratio) of fine powder having a particle size of at most 150 μm is 31% or less.
