Abstract:
The invention relates to a whirlpool bath with at least one nozzle (6), arranged in the wall region, for introduction of a water/air mixture, which is connected to a pump (8) on the pressure side thereof, the inlet side of which is connected, by means of an inlet line (9), to a chamber-like bath drain fitting (10), arranged beneath the base of the bath (1.1). Said fitting is connected on one side to a base opening (2) on the bath (1), which serves as inlet opening for the inlet line (9) and, on the other side, to a drain line (3), in which a sealing element (17), which may be externally operated, is located below the opening of the inlet line (9) and which is embodied as a safety valve.
