Abstract:
Disclosed are a whisker fiber-modified ACS/PBAT alloy, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The whisker fiber-modified ACS/PBAT alloy comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 80 parts of ACS resin, 10 to 30 parts PBAT resin, 3 to 8 parts of a compatibilizer, 0.1 to 1 part of a nucleating agent and 10 to 30 parts whisker fibers. The whisker fibers are one or more among calcium sulfate whiskers, magnesium sulfate whiskers or calcium carbonate whiskers. According to the present invention, by means of the synergistic effect of the whisker fibers and ACS and PBAT systems, the ACS/PBAT alloy has an extremely low shrinkage rate and a relatively high flexural modulus when the high weather resistance and toughness of the ACS/PBAT alloy are not lost, thereby facilitating the achievement of a common mode of an alloy and an injection mold, which reduces the required costs for re-opening a mold, and improves the industrial application value.
