Abstract:
Disclosed is a white polyolefin packaging film, which comprises the following components in terms of parts by weight: polyolefin resin A 100 parts; polyolefin resin B 20-50 parts; an organic peroxide compound initiator 0.6-2.0 parts; a cross-linking additive 0.5-2.5 parts; a tackifying coupling agent 0.3-0.8 parts; a colored masterbatch 15-25 parts; a photostabilizer 0.1-0.6 parts; and an ultraviolet light absorber 0.1-0.6 parts. The white polyolefin packaging film effectively reduces water vapor transmission rate, thus improving on the permeating effect of water vapor on a lateral surface of a double glass component of a solar cell, preventing the corrosion of a cell plate, effectively preventing the generation of a snail pattern and providing an anti-PID effect, and extending the service life of the double glass component. Also disclosed is a preparation method for the white polyolefin packaging film; the process is simple, easy to operate, and inexpensive.
