Abstract:
A whitening and anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cosmetic composition in which a high content of vitamin C can be effectively stabilized in a high moisture environment, wherein the cosmetic composition is composed of an oil-in-water formulation and has a refractive index of 1.35-1.46.
