Abstract:
[Problem] Provided are: a whole milk powder which does not show a funny taste when dissolved in water and can reproduce a rich taste characteristic of milk that is a raw material for the whole milk powder; and a method for granulating a whole milk powder. Another problem is to provide: a whole milk powder which is highly soluble in water; and a method for granulating a whole milk powder. [Solution] A method for granulating a whole milk powder, comprising: an addition step of adding ethanol to the whole milk powder; a drying step of volatilizing the ethanol that has been added; a mixing step of adding/mixing an oil or fat and an emulsifying agent to/with the dried product; and a granulation step of granulating the resultant mixture.
