Abstract:

There are provided a reflection optical system including first and second reflective surfaces (1, 2) directly reflecting a light beam from an object, a third reflective surface (3) reflecting the light beam from the first reflective surface (1), and a fourth reflective surface (4) reflecting the light beam from the second reflective surface (2); an image-forming optical system (7); an open section defined between the first and second reflective surfaces (1, 2) and receiving the light beam from the object; and an opening (12a) for directing the light beams from the third and fourth reflective surfaces (3, 4) to the image-forming optical system (7). The optical system in order of conjugate distance, from the first reflective surface (1) through the third reflective surface (3) to the image-forming optical system (7) is made a first imaging optical system; and the optical system, in order of conjugate distance, from the second reflective surface (2) through the fourth reflective surface (4) to the image-forming optical system (7) is made a second imaging optical system. In this case, the first and second imaging optical systems share the image-forming optical system.
