Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wide lamp strip assembled by narrow lamp strips and a manufacturing method. Specifically, a plurality of connected short circuit boards are used for manufacturing a connected short lamp strip, and then a cutting die is used for slitting the connected short lamp strip into connected short and narrow short lamp strips with a "comb"-shaped structure; a connected long flat cable comprising a plurality of lamp strip wide flat cables is manufactured, wherein the number of the lamp strip wide flat cables in the connected long flat cable is equal to that of the short and narrow short lamp strips in the "comb"-shaped connected short lamp strip; the comb-shaped connected short and narrow short lamp strips are arranged end to end and welded to the connected long flat cable in an aligned and attached manner, or the comb-shaped connected short and narrow short lamp strips are arranged end to end, bonded to the long flat cable through an adhesive and then welded to the long flat cable; and then a slitting machine is used for slitting the connected lamp strips on the long flat cable into single long and wide lamp strips.
