Abstract:
Disclosed is a wide-spectral-segment and large-numerical-aperture microscopic objective lens sequentially comprising a first lens group, a second lens group and a third lens group in the optical path direction from an object plane to an image plane, wherein the first lens group is a catadioptric lens group and used for enabling light rays emitted from the object plane to be imaged to a primary image surface, the first lens group is used for increasing the numerical aperture and correcting the chromatic aberration, and has a positive light angle, the second lens group and the third lens group emit light rays of the primary image plane out in the form of parallel light, and the second lens group and the third lens group have negative light angles. The microscopic objective lens utilizes the two-time folding optical path, rationally utilizes the high-level spherical aberration of an aspheric effective correction system, the whole optical system adopts the same optical material, the imaging spectrum section can reach 300 nm to 800 nm, in combination with a back-end immersion liquid, the system numerical aperture can reach 1.0, the imaging line field-of-view can reach 4.0 mm, and high resolution is effectively achieved while a large field of view is also achieved.
