Abstract:
A width alignment correction device (35) is provided with: an alignment correction mechanism (36) which can correct the mis-alignment, in relation to a web (W), of printing units (40a, 40b, 40c, 40d); and a roller press mechanism (37) which can correct the fan-out occurring in said web (W). The width alignment correction device is also provided with: an alignment correction control unit (71), which can automatically control the alignment correction mechanism (36) in real-time, based on the alignment correction amount derived by an alignment correction amount derivation unit (70) and a pair of alignment cameras (60), which detect alignment marks printed on both sides of the web (W); and a fan-out correction control unit (76), which can automatically control the roller press mechanism (37) in real-time, based on the fan-out correction amount derived by a fan-out correction amount derivation unit (75) and a pair of fan-out cameras (61), which detect the alignment marks.
