Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wig manufacturing system and, more specifically to, a wig manufacturing system that, in processing artificial hairs for manufacturing a wig or artificial hairs used in the work of extending hairs, comprises: a sewing machine that sews continuously supplied artificial hairs; a bending means that bends the artificial hairs with respect to a thread, which forms a first sewing part, to form bent portions; a setting means that includes a heater for fixing the bent portions of the artificial hairs by ironing the bent portions; a heater for fusing upper and lower bonding films onto the artificial hairs; a film supply unit that supplies, to the artificial hairs, the upper and lower bonding films at different temperatures such that the bonding films cover the upper and lower portions of temporary coupling parts of the artificial hairs at one time; and an elevating means that moves the heater by which the supplied artificial hairs are fused. Therefore, the wig manufacturing system can rapidly process the artificial hairs to achieve the mass production of the artificial hairs, thereby ensuring productivity and price competitiveness.
