A wind power forecasting error determination method, comprising: on the basis of historical data of a wind farm, acquiring data required by wind power forecasting error decoupling; in view of an actual wind farm forecasting process, dividing wind power forecasting into three operations, i.e., numerical weather prediction, a wind-electricity conversion model and prediction result correction; calculating an error caused by the prediction result correction; fitting the wind-electricity conversion model, fitting the output of the wind-electricity conversion model under real meteorological conditions, comparing the output with the output of the wind-electricity conversion model under numerical weather prediction conditions, and calculating the change in an error of the wind-electricity conversion model under different meteorological conditions; integrating a plurality of operations, and establishing a wind power error decoupling equation; and solving the equation, and calculating an error proportion.
