Disclosed is a wind turbine blade adjusting apparatus. The wind turbine blade adjusting apparatus comprises a control host (11) and an adjustment executing mechanism, wherein the control host (11) is configured to instruct, according to an actual air output volume of a wind turbine (10), the adjustment executing mechanism to adjust an installation angle of a wind turbine blade (101); and the adjustment executing mechanism is configured to adjust the installation angle of the wind turbine blade (101) according to an instruction of the control host (11). The wind turbine blade adjusting apparatus does not need a hydraulic system with a complex structure and a large size, and is capable of precisely adjusting the installation angle of the wind turbine blade, and is also capable of realising remote automated adjustment, and occupies a small space of an airduct. A counter-rotating wind turbine and a method for adjusting a wind turbine blade are further involved.
