Abstract:
A winding device for production of a viscose fiber composite fabric, comprising a first fixed plate, a fixed box, and a spool. Sliding grooves are provided in the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the fixed box, and sliding blocks are slidably connected to the interiors of the sliding grooves; a vertical plate is fixedly connected between opposite sides of the two sliding blocks, and an elastic element is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical plate; a transverse rod is fixedly connected to one side of each of the two sliding blocks, and a limiting element is fixedly connected to one end of each of the two transverse rods distant from the corresponding sliding block; one end of each of the two transverse rods distant from the corresponding sliding block penetrates through the fixed box and extends to one side of the fixed box; the limiting elements are sleeved on the outer surface of the spool. The device of the present utility model can realize a good limiting and abutting effect on the fabric in the production and winding process of the fabric, thereby avoiding fabric loosening in the winding process; moreover, the device facilitates limiting and abutting of fabric rolled into different lengths, thereby ensuring that the fabric winding and production work is better and faster.
