Abstract:
This winding device, for winding a sheet-shape food product onto a molded food product, is provided with a main body, two guide members provided at a prescribed interval extending from the main body, and a control unit which controls operation of at least one of the two guide members. In a state in which the sheet-shape food product is placed on the two guide members and the food product, arranged thereon, is passed between the two guide members, the control unit controls operation such that part of at least one of the two guide members moves the end of the sheet-shape food product in the center direction of the food product, and thereby, the end of the sheet-shape food product is wound around the food product.
