Abstract:
A window wiping robot with a safety detection function and a safety detection method for the window wiping robot. The window wiping robot comprises: a body (100) used for walking on a window to wipe the window; safety protection devices (300, 310) provided near the body (100) and connected to the body (100) for preventing the body (100) from falling; and a detection device used for detecting the connection state between the body (100) and the safety protection devices (300, 310). According to the window wiping robot with a safety detection function and the safety detection method for the window wiping robot, by detecting whether the window wiping robot is in safe connection with the safety protection devices (300, 310) around the window wiping robot, the working safety of the window wiping robot is improved, and accidents caused by falling of the robot are prevented in the process of window wiping.
