Abstract:
Provided is a windshield for a scale, the windshield including an open/close mode for a user-friendly door. Provided is a windshield (10) for a scale which is fitted to a scale (30) and forms a weighing chamber (S), the windshield (10) comprising: an openable/closable door (11) constituting a portion of the weighing chamber (S); an open/close mechanism (60) which opens/closes the door (11); sensors (64A, 64B) for detecting the movement of the door (11); and a control unit (34) which, when the sensors (64A, 64B) detect the movement of the door (11) from a stationary state, commands the open/close mechanism (60) to open/close the door (11). When a worker slightly moves the door (11) from the stationary state so as to open/close the door, the sensors (64) detect the movement and the door (11) opens/closes automatically.
