Abstract:
Provided in the present utility model is a wine aging apparatus having an inner cylinder heat dissipation structure, comprising an inner cylinder, a stainless steel tank body and an ultrasonic generator; the stainless steel tank body is fixed on the inner cylinder, a gap being left inside; the inner cylinder is provided with an opening matching the ultrasonic generator at a position at which the ultrasonic generator is installed at a bottom portion of the stainless steel tank body; and the ultrasonic generator partially extends into the inner cylinder and is bonded to the bottom portion of the stainless steel tank body. The present utility is characterized in that an induced draft window is additionally provided on a side wall or bottom surface of the inner cylinder, and an induced draft fan that blows air inward is provided on the induced draft window. By means of adding a blowing fan on the side wall of the inner cylinder, hot air in the relatively enclosed space between the inner cylinder and the stainless steel tank body is continuously blown out by means of a slit between the ultrasonic generator and the inner cylinder, and is then discharged to the outside of the apparatus. Heat generated by the ultrasonic generator is continuously removed while continuously removing hot air at the interior of the inner cylinder, thus the problem of heat in the apparatus device may be quickly reduced, thereby improving the working efficiency of the device.
