This wiper structure for a resin window has a wiper for wiping the surface of a part of the resin window. The wiper has a wiper rubber (23) which is an elastic body, and a wiper holder for holding the wiper rubber (23). The wiper rubber has a holding base portion (23J), a lip portion (23A), a body portion (23D), and a neck portion (23E). The holding base portion (23J) is held by the wiper holder. The lip portion (23A) contacts the resin window. The body portion (23D) extends from the lip portion (23A) toward the holding base portion (23J), and has a thickness increasing from the lip portion (23A) toward the holding base portion (23J). The neck portion (23E) joins a body joint portion of the body portion (23D) and a holding joint portion of the holding base portion (23J) together, and has a thickness thinner than the thickness of the body joint portion and the thickness of the holding joint portion. In the lip portion (23A), the ratio between a lip thickness in the thickness direction and a lip length in a direction toward the surface of the resin window is greater than 0 and is less than or equal to 2.3.
