A wire clip mounting tool and a wire clip, and an operation method therefor. The wire clip mounting tool comprises a transmission system, a main support (1) and a support shaft (2). The main support is fixedly mounted on the support shaft; the transmission system comprises a drive shaft (3), a one-way clutch (4), a main drive gear (5), and jaw gears (6); the drive shaft is disposed inside the support shaft and penetrates the support shaft and the main support; the main drive gear is disposed in the center of the main support; the one-way clutch is sleeved on the upper portion of the drive shaft; the inner ring of the one-way clutch is connected to the drive shaft; and the outer ring of the one-way clutch is connected to the main drive gear. The present device achieves the clipping of the wire clip (16) by means of the drive shaft, achieves the holding of the wire clip by means of the jaw gears, and achieves the release of the wire clip by means of the cooperation of the drive shaft with the one-way clutch and the main drive gear, so that the mounting and release of the wire clip on the wire clip mounting tool and the locking of the wire clip can be completed by means of a single drive.
