Abstract:
A wire cutter (130), comprising two or more scoring wires (132), two end members (134), and two or more connecting rods (136). Two or more scoring wires (132) are spirally wound to form a spiral structure. Two end members (134) respectively arranged at two ends of the spiral structure, the end members (134) comprising an annular structure, and the annular structures comprising a plurality of U-shaped rods connected end to end. Two or more connecting rods (136), the two ends of each connecting rod (136) being respectively connected to one scoring wire (132) and one U-shaped rod, and the two or more connecting rods (136) extending in the axial direction of the spiral structure and being mutually parallel. A balloon device, comprising a wire cutter (130), a balloon (120), and an outer tube (110). The balloon (120) has an expanded state and a contracted state. The proximal end of the balloon (120) is connected to the distal end of the outer tube (110). The distal end of the wire cutter (130) is fixedly connected to the distal end of the balloon (120), the scoring wire being spirally wound around the outer surface of the balloon (120) along the axial direction of the balloon (120), and the cross-section of the scoring wire (132) having at least one sharp angle in the radial outward direction of the spiral structure.
