Abstract:
A wire cutting device. A wire cutting unit (21) of the wire cutting device comprises at least one shifting mechanism (215) for driving at least one transition wheel (212) to move in a second direction, so that a current wire slot wound by a cutting wire in the at least one transition wheel moves in the second direction from a first wire slot corresponding to a cutting wheel (211) to a second wire slot corresponding to the cutting wheel. A silicon rod processing apparatus comprises the wire cutting device. During the slot replacement process of the wire cutting device, a slot position of the cutting wire (213) wound around the wire slot does not need to be adjusted, and operations such as adjustment and calibration of the transition wheel can be omitted after the slot replacement; moreover, a single-slot transition wheel can be selected as the transition wheel to implement slot replacement; the transition wheel may also be configured as a replaceable consumable transition wheel, and the transition wheel can be directly replaced after the wire slot of the transition wheel is worn, thereby simplifying the apparatus maintenance process for apparatus wear caused by cutting.
