Abstract:
The method comprises: a specified-length electrical wire fabrication step of producing terminal-equipped electrical wires (TC) in a lot unit basis per each of a plurality of types; a clamping step of causing each of electrical wire clamps (20) to hold the two ends of each of the terminal-equipped electrical wires (TC); a delivery step of delivering the electrical wire clamps (20) to each of electrical wire holders (40) by type; a temporary storage step of temporarily storing the plurality of terminal-equipped electrical wires (TC) on the respective electrical wire holders (40) by type; an electrical wire snap-in step of forming harness sets (HS), each having the two ends from the respective terminal-equipped electrical wires (TC) grouped and hanging on separately defined electrical-wire-clip tools (63); and a housing insertion step of detaching in a predetermined sequence the ends of each of the terminal-equipped electrical wires (TC) from the respective harness sets (HS) and inserting the terminals (T) into the terminal housing chamber of respective connector housings.
