Abstract:
A wire harness (1) is provided with a housing (2) which holds portions to be protected including a connection between an insulated electric wire (90) in each of a plurality of terminal-equipped electric wires (9) and a terminal fitting (91) with a space therebetween. The housing (2) has a double structure including an inner electric wire protection member (30) and an outer electric wire protection member (10). The inner electric wire protection member (30) swingably holds the respective portions to be protected of the plurality of terminal-equipped electric wires (9) with a space therebetween. The outer electric wire protection member (10) is obtained by molding a thermoplastic material by insert molding with the inner electric wire protection member (30), which holds the plurality of terminal-equipped electric wires (9), as an insert component.
