Abstract:
A wire saw guide roller (10) for guiding traveling of a wire is provided with a circular plate member (20), and an annular outer circumferential member (30) fitted in the outer circumferential surface of the circular plate member (20). The outer circumferential member (30) is an elastic member, and a guide groove (31) for the wire is formed therein. Furthermore, an attaching groove (26) is formed in the circular plate member (20). In the attaching groove (26), a bottom surface (26a) and a pair of inner surfaces (26b, 26b) are formed, and both the inner surfaces (26b, 26b) are perpendicularly formed with respect to the center axis line of the circular plate member (20). The outer circumferential member (30) is press-fitted between the inner surfaces (26b, 26b). With such configuration, the outer circumferential member (30) fitted between the outer circumferential surfaces of the circular plate member (20) can be stabilized.
