Abstract:
A wire saw unit, comprising: a cutting mechanism (1), the cutting mechanism (1) being used for winding a cutting wire; a tension mechanism (2) comprising a tension wheel (21) for adjusting the tension of the cutting wire, the tension wheel (21) being arranged corresponding to the cutting mechanism (1), so as to guide the cutting wire from the cutting mechanism (1) to the tension wheel (21), or guide the cutting wire from the tension wheel (21) to the cutting mechanism (1); and a take-up and pay-off mechanism (3) comprising a take-up and pay-off roller (31) for storing or releasing the cutting wire to enable the cutting wire to reciprocate between the take-up and pay-off mechanism (3), the tension mechanism (2) and the cutting mechanism (1). Further provided is a wire cutting machine. By means of the wire saw unit and the wire cutting machine, the number of wire wheels through which the cutting wire passes can be reduced, and the tension stability of the cutting wire is also improved.
