Abstract:
Provided is a wireless base station with which it is possible to safely and reliably alter the security information of a secondary cell, even when selective activation is applied. This wireless base station comprises a control unit that generates security information used in secondary cell addition and alteration procedures, and a transmission unit that transmits the security information to another wireless base station or a terminal, the transmission unit transmitting the generated security information after the addition and alteration procedures are executed.
