Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a wireless charging antenna manufacturing kit comprising: a workbench on which a manufacturing operation for a wireless charging antenna is performed, and which is provided with a plurality of fixing pins; an antenna substrate on which an antenna coil of a winding structure buried to a predetermined depth is formed; a shielding heat-dissipation sheet which includes a shielding layer sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves or magnetic fields generated from the antenna coil and a heat dissipation layer sheet for blocking heat radiated from the antenna coil, is formed by combination of the shielding layer sheet and the heat dissipation layer sheet, and is coupled to the antenna substrate; an injector which sprays an adhesive material or a cushion material; and a mold plate which is seated on the shielding heat-dissipation sheet and is provided with an injection mold, into which the adhesive material or cushion material jetted from the injector is injected so as to form at least one of an adhesive unit and a cushion unit. Accordingly, the shielding heat-dissipation sheet may be easily coupled to the antenna substrate.
