Abstract:
A wireless charging FPC coil structure. The wireless charging FPC coil structure (100) comprises: an insulating medium (230), two opposite surfaces of the insulating medium (230) being a first winding plane (210) and a second winding plane (220); a first coil (110), the first coil (110) comprising a first upper coil (111) wound into an inner ring layer by layer from an outer ring on the first winding plane (210) and a first lower coil (112) wound into the inner ring layer by layer from the outer ring on the second winding plane (220), and the first lower coil (112) being arranged in an orthographic projection area of the first upper coil (111); a second coil (120), the second coil (120) comprising a second upper coil (121) wound from the inner ring to the outer ring layer by layer on the first winding plane (210) and a second lower coil (122) wound from the inner ring to the outer ring layer by layer on the second winding plane (220), and the second lower coil (122) being arranged in an orthographic projection area of the second upper coil (121); and leads (130), wherein the first upper coil (111), the first lower coil (112), the second upper coil (121) and the second lower coil (122) each comprise two leads. The FPC coil is convenient to wind, has a simple process flow and is thin, thereby effectively reducing the internal resistance of the FPC coil, reducing the cost, and improving the charging efficiency of the FPC coil.
