Abstract:
The present invention is configured by being provided with: a wireless communication unit 12 for performing wireless communication with a network 8; a SIM card 17 in which information pertaining to a contract for a service provided by a communication operator is recorded; and a control unit 13 for rewriting the information recorded in the SIM chard 17 in response to a request for making a contract or a request for cancellation, said request being transmitted from the network 8.
