The present application provides a wireless communication apparatus and a wireless communication system. The wireless communication apparatus comprises a housing and a circuit board provided therein. The circuit board is provided with a baseband processing unit. An optical module assembly is provided on the side wall of the housing. The optical module assembly is conductively connected to the circuit board by means of a cable assembly so as to be electrically connected to the baseband processing unit. The cable assembly comprises a cable harness and a conductive sleeve. The conductive sleeve sleeves the entire cable harness along the length direction, and shields the cable harness. The conductive sleeve is electrically connected to a cage structure of the optical module assembly and a ground layer of the circuit board, separately, so that the common ground of the optical module assembly, the circuit board, and the cable assembly is realized, and thus a signal is fully shielded on the complete signal transmission path from the optical module assembly to the circuit board through the cable assembly. The conductive sleeve is conductively connected to the inner wall of the housing, and the housing serves as a ground of the wireless communication apparatus, thereby enhancing the shielding effect on the cable harness.
