Abstract:
The present invention comprises a vehicle speed acquisition unit (412) for acquiring the vehicle speed of a host vehicle, a communication condition acquisition unit (414) for acquiring communication condition information pertaining to communication conditions within the communication range of a Wi-Fi spot, and a prediction unit (415) for predicting a communication environment within the communication range of the Wi-Fi spot on the basis of the communication condition information acquired by the communication condition acquisition unit (414), the prediction unit (415) performing prediction of the communication environment when the vehicle speed acquired by the vehicle speed acquisition unit (412) falls within a set threshold value range, and not performing prediction of the communication environment when the vehicle speed acquired by the vehicle speed acquisition unit (412) does not fall within the threshold value range.
