Abstract:
[Problem] A WLAN system, wherein a more appropriate BSS transition threshold value can be set. [Solution] A wireless communication device that functions as a WLAN access point is provided, said wireless communication device comprising a control unit that dynamically sets, on the basis of information contained in a wireless signal from an external device, a threshold value used when a station belonging to the BSS of the wireless communication device attempts to transition to another BSS belonging to the same ESS as the aforementioned BSS.
