Abstract:
This wireless communication device comprises a transmission control unit for setting earlier timing of transmission as the elevation angle of a relay device increases when viewed from the wireless communication device, and a transmitting unit for transmitting a radio signal to the relay device at the timing of transmission. The wireless communication device may comprise a receiving unit for obtaining an upper value. The transmission control unit may derive a larger subtraction value, which is a variable used for subtraction, as the elevation angle increases, subtract the subtraction value from a back-off counter value of 0 or larger, which is derived on the basis of the upper limit value, and set, as the timing of transmission, timing when the back off counter value is 0 or less.
