Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a wireless communication method, a terminal device and a network device. The terminal device can report a measurement report in time after entering a connected state so as to assist the network device in performing CA and/or MR-DC configuration. The wireless communication method comprises: a terminal device sending an SR on a first resource to a network device, wherein the terminal device sends an SR on the first resource so as to indicate that the terminal device has a measurement report to be transmitted, and/or, the terminal device requests that the network device configure uplink scheduling resources for the terminal device by means of sending an SR on the first resource; the terminal device receiving the first information sent by the network device, wherein the first information is used to configure a first uplink scheduling resource; the terminal device sends second information to the network device on the first uplink scheduling resource, wherein the second information is used to indicate the completion of RRC connection recovery, the second information carries a measurement report, and the measurement report is used to assist the network device in performing CA and/or MR-DC configuration.
